EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We offer an exchange or refund of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, within 15 (fifteen) days of the Delivery date.


A full refund will be issued in the original form of payment unless a gift credit applies.
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
We will notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.

Gift Cards purchases are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Final sales and Archive sales are not eligible for refund. Exchange only or store credit will be applied
