At Kwesiya we value every customer and we take the utmost care with shipments. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment on time, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct, along with a phone number, should we or the carrier need to reach you. 

All our products are shipped from our Studio in Toronto, Ontario (Canada). We will use Canada Post, Chit Chat, UPS or DHL depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Orders shipped to some countries require the payment of additional taxes upon delivery.

The processing time for orders is 3 to 5 business days.

Kwesiya will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched to the carrier.

You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time. Enter the Order Number that you received via email. If you are a registered user, you can find all information related to the order in your My Account page.

If your order has not been received with 14 business days after shipment confirmation was received, notify us via email at info@kwesiya.com . We will follow up accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Kwesiya is proud to ship internationally. While we have partnered with reliable shipping companies to handle our packages, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country customs clearance. 

 

CUSTOM FEES AND TAXES

Additional taxes or custom fees may be applied in the recipient country. Please note that we do not cover duties and taxes applicable in the recipient country. Those are to be paid by the receiver. Custom fees or taxes vary between individual countries.

We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees that may be applied by customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

 

ORDER ONLINE, PICK UP IN STORE 

Most order can be collected from our Toronto Showroom. Just select 'In store pick-up at checkout. You have 7 days to collect your parcel from the date it arrives to the store, just remember to bring Order reference number.
